All the following options can be fitted to a COS5. Those marked * are retrofittable.

  • Automatic Loader - AL8*.
  • Quick Change Pre-heat mould station.
  • Double dip mechanism for better fusion on thicker plate lugs.
  • Ingot Feeder - PF1*.C
  • Case Feeder - BF1*.
  • Vertical Case Store - VCS1*
  • Siemens or Allen Bradley control.
  • Lug Tinning / hot air (Manual lug aligning only)*.
  • Part boxed operation for standby batteries.
  • Post Insert Placing - manual or fully automatic insert loader*. (* existing machines can be upgraded)
