DATA MONITORING & CONTROL

The TBS Data Monitoring and Control system type DMC1 allows management information, diagnostics and statistics from networked TBS Speedshift Assembly line machines to be monitored and controlled from a networked PC in a remote location, helping to maximise productivity and reduce downtime.

  • ** Graphical status screens** - show the operating mode and production status of each TBS machine. Available screens include Overall assembly line status, individual machine status, control system network status.
  • ** HTML Reporting** - Shift statistics and current line status can be displayed locally on the DMC1 PC or over an intranet.
  • ** Process / production data logging allows realtime analysis of process data such as temperature trends. The data can also be imported into Excel for further analysis.
  • ** Alarm handling includes both active and historical alarms and is logged to a file saved to disk.
