- Vacuum plate pick up system gently transfers plates to the main process conveyor, motorised vacuum control and increased surface area minimises plate damage
- Flexible design allows for single or multi wrap capabilities, AGM wrapping, Koroseal wrapping or PE enveloping separator options.
- Push button adjustment of the enveloping head includes phasing of the cut and crease position and motorised adjustment of the envelope length according to selected plate 'recipe'.
- Controlled start up and slow down uses the latest motor control technology for smoother operation.
- Simplified maintenance aloows for easy removal of shafts and bearing , and clip in plastic guides for quick replacement.
