DATA MONITORING & CONTROL


The TBS Data Monitoring and Control system type DMC1 allows management information, diagnostics and statistics from networked TBS Speedshift Assembly line machines to be monitored and controlled from a networked PC in a remote location, helping to maximise productivity and reduce downtime.  
 

Assembly Line Status

 

  • Shift ReportGraphical status screens - show the operating mode and production status of each TBS machine. Available screens include Overall assembly line status, individual machine status, control system network status.
  • HTML Reporting - Shift statistics and current line status can be displayed locally on the DMC1 PC or over an intranet.
  • Process / production data logging allows realtime analysis of process data such as temperature trends. The data can also be imported into Excel for further analysis.
  • Alarm handling includes both active and historical alarms and is logged to a file saved to disk.

 

  • LS SettingsActivity logging stores details and times of changes made to data on all machines.
  • Security Control - data change protection through pass level control.
  • PLC Monitoring - real-time display of the program steps assists with troubleshooting and process optimisation.
  • Battery type parameter display and control - graphical displays assist with battery parameter editing for each machine.
  • Whole line battery 'recipe' changeover - central administration of the entire line loaded parameters to match the COS battery type selection.
