The ESR 350 enveloper/stacker provides for 100% automated inspection and quality output, producing exceptionally high quality groups at a rate of up to 350 plates (150 enveloped) per minute.
Standard Features
To meet the strict quality requirements of OEM's, the automated inspection/rejection system of the ESR-350 checks for missing plates, double plates, envelope misfolds, misaligned envelopes, and marked separator strip defects. If the ESR-350 finds an error, the plate is automatically rejected while the machine keeps running at full speed. This ensures that the groups produced in the stacker are 100% correct in both count and caliber. With the ESR-350, you do not need to worry about the quality of the product being loaded into the COS.
The ESR-350 is exceptionally easy to operate because it of its easy access design and its minimal maintenance and operator training requirements. Changeovers are simple and fast thanks to features such as touchscreen setup, drop-in fixtures, long-wear components, elevating lug brush stations, external brush adjustments, and minimal tool requirements.
