COS5HiTEK ENVELOPING / STACKING MACHINES
The new TBS HiTEK family enveloping / stacking machines offer the unique combination of fast, efficient production with automatic changeover and simplified operation. Versions are available to suit a wide range of assembly equipment including the latest TBS high speed COS and Speedshift assembly lines capable of up to 9 batteries per minute. Programmable enveloping process control, advanced motorised vacuum plate pick-up, many motorised and quick-change adjustments for rapid changeover as well as forthcoming optional automatic plate loading make HiTEK machines a powerful addition to the TBS Automation range.

- Controlled start up and slow down uses the latest motor-control technology for smoother operation.
- Push-button adjustment of Enveloping head includes progammable phase adjustment of cut and crease and motorised adjustment of the envelope length.
