Overseer IQ100 Operator Interface: limited support notification.
Please note that due to component obsolescence, as from end November 2006, TBS is regrettably no longer able to supply new replacement Overseer IQ100 units for older TBS machinery. Existing units can still be returned to TBS for repair following quotation, and replacement keypads and display modules will still be available from the Spares department. Please contact TBS to discuss panel upgrade options for your existing COS equipment.

AU8 Unloader gripper rail upgrade
Latest generation AU8 unloader beams are now being fitted with a new design of linear bearings that give better lateral support to the gripper blocks. The new rails are more resistant to debris build-up reducing wear and giving longer service life. This system replaces the previous shaft and split linear bearing design and is available as a retrofit upgrade for COS8 machines fitted with an AU8 auto-unloader.

COS8 Flux table support
The successful development of the heavy duty lid platen slide mechanism on TBS Lid sealing machines has now been adapted for use on the COS8 flux table support system. This replaces the previous linear bearing design and provides longer service life. This update is available as a retrofit kit for existing COS8 machines.

ESR350 Vacuum plate pickup head piping system
Current ESR350 machines are now being fitted with an independent vacuum feed to each feeder. This substantially improves the vacuum pressure available to each head resulting in improved plate pick-up operation.
The revolutionary servo controlled enveloping head first developed for the HiTEK enveloper/stacker machines is now available to suit ESR350 machines. The head, shuttle plate and entry feed conveyor are operated by 4 servo motors which allow on-line control of the entire enveloping process.
- Touch-screen adjustment of the cut and crease position, even during processing.
- Programmable control of the shuttle plate position for precise envelope formation.
- Interchangable quick-release sealing wheel cassette system for processing alternative plate widths.
