The TEKMAX Model 3000 is the most advanced battery wrapper/stacker designed for the Recombination/VRLA manufacturer. This machine can produce almost any battery cell configuration, while delivering almost perfectly aligned groups at high speeds.
Standard Features
Complete centering of groups by aligning from the sides. Alignment is accurate to 1 mm or less.
The Model 3000 rejects defects without stopping the machine, while it provides correct group counts to the stacker.
Seven different group types can be made using the Model 3000's four-feeder setup.
Soft brushes remove excess material and loose pellets from both sides of the plates. This decreases the chance of failure due to separator damage.
High-speed operation and careful handling of fragile recombination material are accomplished by two independent stacking stations, which are adjustable without tools.
You can monitor machine setup, production information, machine diagnostics and interlocks through a computerized color touchscreen. This screen is user-friendly, which allows for easy learning and troubleshooting.
