PLATE CUTTING AND LUG CLEANING MACHINE TYPE PCLC2C 

The PCLC2C is a proven machine, specially designed to complete cutting and brushing operations with minimum strain and breakage. The machine can part plates joined at feet or by a central island, and it handles formed or unformed plates of different sizes. Plate lugs can be milled or brushed as required and very thin plates can be handled without damage. Oxide is completely removed from the lug during the milling/brushing operation.

  • The PCLC2C is easily adjusted for different plate sizes:
    Maximum double plate dimensions (excluding lugs): 355 x 165 x 4 mm
    Minimum double plate dimensions (excluding lugs): 184 x 99 x 1 mm
  • Lug cut length is 22mm maximum, 8mm minimum
  • A Processing speed of 75 to 160 double plates per minute.
