ENVELOPING / STACKING MACHINE TYPE SUPER 85

The Super 85 enveloper/stacker processes up to 90 enevloped plates per minute and includes the pressweld sealing method and roto-vac feeding system for plate handling. It enables consistent high productivity from a dependable, simple and rugged design.

Specification

  • Processes automotive and truck battery plate groups at up to 90 enveloped plates per minute. 
  • Handles plates 100-150mm wide and high, and 1-2 mm thick.
  • Machine service requirements are available on request.
  • Available options include a vertical stacker, a heavy duty unwind and a glass mat laminator.
