Features

  • 2 stage burning / building process using patented TBS mould technology ensures high quality post connections with exceptional depth of burn and surface finish.
  • Speedshift control technology - Programmable independent motorised positioning of each mould and burner probe.
  • Multiple heads allows several batteries to be processed at a time and simple pump maintenance.
  • Automatic Lead Ingot feeder maintains the availabilty of molten lead automatically.
  • Fume extraction - process fumes are drawn away from line personnel.
  • Push button changeover for lids using the same bush type is initiated from the operator interface by selecting a battery type from the menu of pre-configured 'recipes'. All operational process parameters such as timings and temperatures are also set and monitored through the interface.
  • Individual rotary lead pumps for each head allow simple maintenance and lead flowrates to be accurately controlled for each head.
