COS10S
The fully automatic COS10S combination machine makes 3000 batteries per shift a reality. Capable of producing both automotive AGM and PE batteries at two per cycle (12 cells) and incorporating TBS world leading cast-on-strap Mould technology, the COS10S will produce up to 8 automotive batteries per minute. If configure to do so, the COS10S will allow highspeed production of both 3×2 Truck AGM and Standby Power batteries.
COS8S
The COS8S combination machine gives high speed fully automatic battery production for both AGM and PE SLI batteries. Producing up to 5 PE and 4 AGM batteries per minute and incorporating TBS world leading Cast-On-Strap Mould technology, the COS8S allows flexibility without compromising speed.
COS6S
The COS6S machine can be configured to process 7 automotive SLI batteries per minute at two batteries per cycle (12 Cells) or 3 truck batteries per minute at one battery per cycle (6 Cells). Requiring only one operator and incorporating TBS world leading cast-on-strap Mould technology, the COS6S takes high speed SLI battery production to the next level.
COS5
Our world renowned COS5 machine comes in PE or AGM configurations, processing up to 2.5 batteries per minute with manual load and unload. An industry standard used on every continent.
