COS10S

Unleash the full potential of automated battery production with the COS10S. This versatile machine is a powerhouse, transforming the production of 3000 batteries per shift into a reality. With a remarkable output of up to 8 batteries per minute, it efficiently manufactures both automotive AGM and PE batteries. The COS10S integrates TBS’s cutting-edge cast-on-strap Mould technology, ensuring precision, accuracy, and significant lead and dross reduction. Featuring a dross reduction system and achieving an impressive 95% Overall Equipment Efficiency (OEE), the COS10S sets a new industry standard, combining speed, flexibility, and resource efficiency.

COS8S

Experience high-speed, fully automatic battery production with the COS8S. This combination machine is designed for both AGM and PE SLI batteries, producing up to 5 PE and 4 AGM batteries per minute. Incorporating TBS’s Cast-On-Strap Mould technology, the COS8S offers flexibility without compromising.

COS6S

The COS6S machine takes high-speed SLI battery production to the next level. Configurable to process 7 automotive SLI batteries per minute or 3 truck batteries per minute, this machine requires only one operator. With TBS’s cast-on-strap Mould technology at its core, the COS6S ensures precision and efficiency in every cycle, setting a new standard for high-speed battery production.

COS5

Our world renowned COS5 machine comes in PE or AGM configurations, processing up to 2.5 batteries per minute with manual load and unload. An industry standard used on every continent.
